her members, dispersed throughout the world, to gather in
vigil and prayer. For this is the Passover of the Lord, in which,
by hearing his Word and celebrating his Sacraments, we share
in his victory over death.
Join us as we commemorate the Washing Of the Feet and the Last Supper of our Lord Jesus Christ.
St. Andrew’s will be joining the Dream Center at the City Park, in Lake Elsinore. A free community event with Bounce houses, BBQ Lunch, face painting, games, crafts, an Easter Egg Hunt and much more. St. Andrew's will have a spot in the Church row this day to tell people about your congregation's Easter gathering. We will need Volunteers on this day to pass out flyers about our Easter church service. This event helps with community outreach. Also we will be giving away Easter stuff to the kids. There will be a sign up sheet in the Parish Hall on Sunday if you are interested in volunteering this day.
The Bishops committee will be held on Sunday following the morning Service.
This Lent, Father Jackson will lead us through a series of presentations or forums that tie “the Easter Vigil readings to the seven practices of the Way of Love. Drawing on the ancient practice of setting aside Lent as a period of study and preparation for living as a Christian disciple (known as the catechumenate), the forums encourage participants to reflect on salvation history; walk toward the empty tomb; and embrace the transforming reality of love, life, and liberation. The Kits are on the meetingRoom table. Every family in encoraged to take one.

October 11th St. Andrew's will be participating in the Trunk-Or-Treat event in Downtown Main Street from 5pm-8pm. We are accepting candy donations for this event. Please bring candy donations to church on Sundays. The parish hall has a signup sheet to volunteer on this day. We need several volunteers for this day from setting up to giving candy out and picking up after the event ends.
